Checking in was super fast. The staff was amazing. the pool and hot tub were super nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options you would normally get at other places but included omelets, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay there again.

It wasn't too far out of the city (Milwaukee) so it was fairly convenient. The room was clean and the overall facilities were fine. The staff that I interacted with were all very polite.

The facility was clean and the room provided everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom vanity was large enough to hold your cosmetics/meds etc., which often isn't the case at other hotels. We have stayed at the hotel several times as we have family near that we come to visit. It is in a convenient location.

Nice staff. Filthy rooms- I mean the basic stuff like vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom floors. Greasy stains all over the carpet. Parts of the ceiling are peeling off. Don’t state you are taking extra cleaning measures because of the pandemic then put me in a room where the basics of housekeeping are not done. Short cuts on cleanliness are not safe for your guests. I work in health care and if the rooms are not being cleaned properly then it’s more than a dirty bathroom or carpet. It’s a health hazard to your guests that you are responsible for taking care of. $117 a night- hard earned by me on the front lines saving lives in this community. I wanted a brief rest and I got a big mess. I cannot in good conscience recommend staying there if this is going to be the norm on the property.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0
I love that I did not have to paid for my dog.
I love that I did not have to paid for my dog. Breakfast was good but it could be better. The water in the jacuzzi could be more hot. Beside that my family was very happy we have a good time.

I will definitely will be recommending this hotel when I come down to Milwaukee as I do come down from up north time to time. The beds were quite comfy and the Suite gives you a pull out couch and a bed.
